With DRAFT Capital, KADE Capital Management is purchasing an under capitalized and underperforming 173 unit senior living community in the Midwest. The partnership has developed a business plan to recapitalize and revitalize the asset which will substantially increase the assets value. The full business plan is expected to be realized within three years resulting in a hold period of 3 to 4 years.
